Expedite International’s mission is to become the “Domestic Supplier of Choice”, for Off-Shore Manufactured Products, for our current United States based, OEM, and Branded business customer’s, as well as all future customers.

This entire effort will be accomplished by using the joint venture, and combined forces between Victoria Industrial Group, Ltd. in China and Expedite International Inc. in the United States.

Expedite International will coordinate all of your off shore manufacturing needs, from our office located in Hudson, WI, just East of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota metropolitan area.

In 1996, Jim Pidgeon retired from 3M, and launched Expedite International, out of Hudson, Wisconsin. With the Joint Venture in place with Mr. Raymond Wong-Jim would use this factory and operation exclusively in Hei Fung China for any and all business found within the United States. With Victoria already having a wide variety of customer base in place, Mr. Wong decided to create a sub company-Full Circle International Ltd that would focus 100% on Expedites needs for customers within the United States. From this arrangement, Expedite International and Full Circle International have become a very strong alliance that has taken both corporations to new levels over the past 5 years.
